Shanghai Vanke UniCity Plaza is located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District. It is the first TOD model mixed-use project developed by Vanke in Shanghai. Through urban operations, the project forms a vibrant urban community that grows together with the city. It includes 140,000 square meters of commercial space, nearly 100,000 square meters of office space, 350,000 square meters of residential space, kindergartens, community centers, nearly 50,000 square meters of green space, Xuying Road Metro Station, and a 170,000 square meter base serving the operation of Metro Line 17, playing an important role in urban transportation and promoting urban development.
Shanghai Vanke UniCity is a comprehensive development project built on top of the Xujing vehicle depot of Shanghai Metro Line 17. It is located on the west side of Xuying Road, Xujing Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, and is also Vanke Group’s first comprehensive development project on top of a subway vehicle depot.
Our company had the privilege of participating in the outdoor light fixture sculpture lighting design for the commercial areas of this project.
